    Any issues with cutting Great Stuff when its solid with a hot wire cutter? Didn't think there should be, but thought I'd ask before committing myself to go down this path. Not cutting too much, but would like the hot wire's sculpting capability more than an X-acto knife for this project.

    I've found that I need to start the cutting w/ a x-acto or other sharp heavy cutting device. Once you've exposed the inner of the GS (and it is VERY DRY) then you can do detail w/ the hot wire.
