I took tons of photos this year, tried to focus more on people pictures since in previous years I tended to not take enough of those. Naturally, I managed to forget to take anything from inside the house except for a couple. I hope to mooch some photos from some other people.

Our theme this year was Dread Rot Cafe

The entrance to our cemetery. I'm converting all the tombstones to be placed inside boxes (as the base). I paint the boxes to match the tombstone. It works out great as long as it doesn't rain! To hamper any effects of the wind I can place bricks inside the boxes. I always set up the cemetery on the driveway, it makes pounding in rebar a bit difficult.

    Our cemetery entrance

The Smashing Pumpkins. As you can see in the background our house is currently under re-construction. It looked spooky enough without us doing a thing to it!

I was happy with how the new pillars came out, and I finally got to use the paper mache gargoyles I made a couple of years ago!

I'm afraid I very blatantly attempted to copy, but in case you didn't notice I am NOT an artist! I'm hoping to convince the neighbor's son to help out with the art work next year. That said, all the party-goers and TOT'ers loved the 3-D "maze".

The door worked out better than I expected. I didn't paint the 3D walls until the day before the party...finished at 1:30am. I was pretty cross-eyed by then!

The flourescent painted flowers we had made a few years ago for our Wizard of Oz room worked out great! And I was very pleased with how the 4x8ft sheets of insulation foam painted black worked out.

And for some of the party goers costumes....

Thanks....it wasn't much, just 3 bends. Our side yard is something like 10ft x 19ft. The back section we use as a photo op area. We used the front half as the maze. It worked out well, will try to expand on it next year.

Our neighbor took some photos and thankfully she got some that I had missed. The trophies I made came out great, everyone seemed pretty thrilled when they won one anyway.

Our 50's era room just HAD to have a One eyed, one horned flying purple people eater!

Elvis hanging out with his plate of food in the Rock n' Roll MasterDead room. He was joined by Janis Joplin, Kurt Cobain (in the shower) and Michael Hutchinson hanging from the blinds.

[We have a hole in our livingroom ceiling due to the home remodeling project. Of course somethign scary would be coming from the attic!
