As if i had to specify but the snow on my props may be the giveaway , had 450 people thru and the snow melted by Halloween night actually above temp for this time of year about 10 degrees celcius or 50 farenheight then dropped to -3 or 20 farenheight by the end of the night, no wind snow or any thing this year on Halloween so that in itself was a first for My haunt heres the pics http://www.halloweenforum.com/member...haunt2010.html

Great job. By the look of the albums, you continually out-do yourself each and every year. I loved the Scarecrow festival pics as well......it all looks Fantastic!

Great pics and haunt! I had no idea you did such a large haunt. Nicely thought out scenes.
You are definitely made of stronger stuff than I am. Just the thought of facing snow again is chilling let alone in your temps. Yikes. I spent too many winters in Ohio and Chicago, so do know a little about cold and snow. Didn't take long to get spoiled by Calif weather though. The snow did look kind of peaceful on your haunt but I would be freaking out about my latex props in the cold and snow. How long can you really use them before they start looking bad?
So do kids ToT with costumes over their coats?

this was a warmer Canadian halloween , usually its below freezing one year i think it was about -20 celcius which is 0 for you ,we somtimes put on warmer clothes once it hits 0 celcius, we dont bring out the heavy stuff till -20 then the thermal at -30 and then extreme winter wear at -40 last year our town set a record at -56 celcius one day we were colder than the artic circle on that particular day this was i think January and once it hits -40 its -40 celcius or farenheit. the tots do have hoodies , coats or boots sometimes under their costume , The snow actuall gives my haunt a more realistic look its just crappy when it melts then freezes again however the lights bounce off the ice and snow like a sculpture ,its weird but it is somthing you'll probably never get to see in person
