Thread: TOT Thank You Cards

I took my kids out TOTing so there was no one at my house to give out candy. I hate to slight any neighbor kids so I left a bowl filled with candy on the front porch. Needless to say when I got home the bowl was empty. I'm hoping some kids got some candy before the inevitable jerk decided to empty the bowl into his bag.
When I took my kids out I noticed that some people who were not home or did not want to be disturbed, left out bowls of candy also.
This got me thinking. What if I could design and print some small cards with Halloween graphics and a simple Thank You? So the TOTers can carry them and leave then in a mail slot or just drop them in the bowl. This way you get to thank people for their effort and you can also get an idea of how many kids came by. What do you think?

If the TOTers you get around your way are anything like the majority round here then chances are they'll not bother with the cards and just empty the bucket load into their own bags...but its worth a try...you might be surprised.
