Okay - the news today from the housing market makes me think buying a haunted house might not be such a bad idea. (In fact , if ours loses any more value , it WILL be a haunted house! LOL) SO here's the game:
Imagine you are a Realtor with a haunted house to sell! Think of a clever "sales pitch" and/or description of one thing that you would need to make the house enticing. Here's and example:
Time is running out to take possession of this unique business opportunity. Owners mortified to sell - so you get first crack at this house with great bone structure on every floor. . . Act fast or you won't have a ghost of a chance!

This is a great buy for any self-repecting ghost.
A few human inhabitants but but nothing a good
exterminator can't take care of.I never get MAD, I get EVEN! Pray I only get MAD!
