I've decided to start participating more on the other parts of the forum, outside of just the Halloween stuff, so I thought I would bring one of my favorite forum games here.

Two Truths and a Lie

This game is very simple. You two three things about yourself. Two of them are true, while one of them is a lie. It is everyone else's job to guess which one is the lie. The first person that guesses correctly will be the next person to go, and it continues on from there.

Remember, you have to tell two Truths and one lie, and you have to guess the lie.

Alright, let's begin. Here are three things about myself.

1) I once worked for World Wrestling Entertainment among the likes of stars such as Kofi Kingston, William Regal, The Great Khali, Jack Swagger, and MVP.

2) Despite trying my darndest, I have never broken a bone in my body.

3) According to another family member, who has done a complete family tree of my family, I'm a direct decedent of Geoffrey Chaucer, of The Canterbury Tales fame.

Alright, which one is the lie.

Number two

Wow, nailed it on the first try.

1) I used to be a photographer for their developmental fed when it was in Georgia, and all those guys (outside of Regal who was a trainer) got their start there. Still keep in contact with a few of them.

2) This is the lie. I have indeed broken two bones, and they are wimpy bones at that. I broke my pinky due to an unfortunate basketball injury, and one of my toes as well.

3) This is true. Someone did the complete family history of my family and somehow Chaucer is one of my "whole bunch of greats" grandfathers.


Goblin, you're up.

1-I have 20/20 vision from cataract surgury
2-I have collected comics since I was a kid
3-I served 10 years for manslaughter

1- I lived in Pittsburgh for most of my life
2- I've been married 3 times and divorced 3 times
3- I used to race dirt track cars

I agree with 3 and 3. Please tell us if we are correct. Here are mine:

1) I have dental veneers bonded to my teeth.
2) Years later, I ran into my teen idol at a club and we went out while he was in town.
3) I teach for a living.

I'll tell as soon as everyone else tells, including Chop since he's guessing, and I think Gobby's may not be 3 (accidents happen), and I don't think #1 is true although the guy can type super fast. Chop, we need two truths and one lie, not 3 lies. Kidding!

Chop ...you're right been married and divorced only twice..................not doing it again!!
