I have an investment opportunity I would like to present.
My partners and I have a property which was used as a funeral home. We are working toward making into a spectacular haunted house. This is only the beginning of our plans for this property, and we have many great ideas in the works. This will be something totally unique, and the main structure would be strictly for adults. We do have plans geared toward kids as well.

We are situated approx. 40 minutes outside of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, in a small town called Bourget. The property is right on the main road through town.

Built in 1872, the building is 2400 sq. feet on each of its three floors, making a total of 9492 sq. feet. It sits on a 1 acre lot, and there is a large 2-door garage along the side of the back yard. Immediately beyond the back yard is a large Catholic church with a graveyard.
