Thanks all for the comments and I'm not sure if I could sell it yet. It is a large prop to store, I will have more pics to come but not quite yet. I am going to add the icing to the cake.

Mr Oct31, in your reply to me I would have to say that a cam wheel would be easier and there are many designs on the web. I just wanted to dabble with pneumatics and I had really good support and products from Monster Guts. That guy Dean is awesome. He helped me so much with this, I can't thank him enough. But don't be intimidated by pneumatics, they are relativly simple once you get going. My largest challenge was programming the prop controller and figuring out how to trigger it via remote controll.
