BTM i agree with the street clothes thing completely, but as for the 'some sort of costume' i has a correction.
it has to be a legitimate costume and not 'hey i'm trying out a new fashion tonite'
i want to throw hurtful things at the teens who dress up 'goth' or 'emo' and call it a costume. that is not a costume, that is you putting on 'bizarre' clothes and eyeliner.
if the went as a gothic-(insert here) then that would be okay, but if it looks like street clothes its not a costume-no candy.
an 8yr old emo i could understand,...maybe.
