You can go real authentic with it. Search voodoo market on google and take a look at the real voodoo marketplaces for types of items to use.
You can go real hollywood with it. Go watch pirates of the carribean sections with the voodoo lady's hut.
You can go real fun with it, even, these days. Have little pokemon voodoo dolls or something.
Chants or drums for the music. I prefer the drums myself. For, the Hungun speaks to the drums, and the drums speak to the spirits.
