Well, it's that time of the year again, and planning of this years Halloween part begins. Props are being crated, and costumes are planned and underway. Last year I had an award statue for the best costume, and this went down so well that I announced that the next [2008] party would have a full awards ceremony!

I have bought a main "Overall Winner" statue, 2nd and 3rd rosettes, and 2 "winner" rosettes for Best Home-Made and Most Out Of Season.

This is an Adult Based party. I may make a little award up for best dressed girl and boy with a bag of goodies each (and sweets for the other contestants!) as although I'd prefer they didn't, some friends always bring their kids....


I need some ideas for prizes, and ideas of who should get what. Ideally these prizes will be as cheap as possible, as I'm already overspent on my Halloween budget, and theres still months to go! Any ideas greatfully recieved!

So far prizes accumilated amount to: coffin shaped box of "Death Mints", Silver skull/bone candle holder and "Mr & Mrs" skellenton book ends.
