I'm looking for info on how to create a realistic looking cocoon victim to hang with my giant spider. I'd really prefer to use stuff that is on-hand or cheap, rather than anything expensive.

I know that a couple (maybe 2?) years ago krough did something similar to what I want, but the link to his instrucitons is gone.
