Default O.K....Weathered my stones and columns today.

Alright. Today was a beautiful day here. needed something to do, so I drug my stones and columns out and decided to try the aging/weathering thing to give them a distinct look. I'm not exactly sure as to what I was going to expect, as I was not sure what I was doing.

I did the hose technique, hosed the tombstones and columns down then spray painted it, and lightly rinsed. While they were still wet, I lightly went over the whole thing with flat black spray paint to give it some highlights...

Please let me know what ya think...too much, not enough...what should I do differently or anything.

Picture 1...One column aged, and one not to show the contrast:

Both aged/weathered:
