I would have to agree with Haunted Host. I think he needs some texture to make him look wrinkly and worn, but not so much that he looks all corpsey and falling apart. I also kind of like him the way he is, all smooth and white. There is definitely something cool and art deco about the smooth lines and high contrast between the white outside and darker inside.
