All I can say is wow! look at all that yard, what potential! Don't get me wrong, the house looks fantastic, let me put my comment in context. I live in a gracious mobile home community on a comparatively postage stamp size lot. With a front yard of about 10'X20' a 10'X10' deck w/ attached ramp, next to a side yard with potentially a quarter of available space as the front. That and as far as storage goes, I have a 8'X8' storage shed, so I guess I also really envy the fact that you have at bare minimum have two floors, a basement, (and an attic, perchance?) not to mention a two car garage which could also double as a workshop/storage area. That's always been the challenge for me, trying to fit as much as I can in a limited space, both in terms of display and storage as well.

Sorry for the rant, I guess what I meant to say was, I tip my hat to you, you lucky duck, Congrats!
