Your house is beautiful, and hauntilicious! If I was you, I'd go crazy with my gothic and not gory props. Go for it! I'll bet you get a positive response. As UnOrthodOx already mentioned, you could ask the neighbors if you don't want to offend. I'm sure they'd be willing to tell you if Halloween is big in your neighborhood. But even if my new neighbor told me that my neighborhood wasn't really into Halloween, I'd still do my haunt. You might be that house who starts it for the whole block and attracts lots of kids!

Now, I don't know your age, so if you live in a retirement or gated community, that might not be very popular. Considering your house is two floors, I'm guessing it's not a retirement community.
