Ya, it's not pressure but volume that's the problem. You need a large quantity of compressed air to do anything other than webbing small objects, and little compressors can't keep up.
Pretty tough to do windows or outdoor stuff , unless you have hours and hours to do the job and don't mind waiting for the compressor to fill up after every few seconds of use.
