It's a Fraternity Catalog from the 1930's. From this, one could buy gags, paraphernalia and costumes, etc.
And this stuff was LEGAL then. It's AMAZING! Especially since so many of the items have to do with physical electrocution and things that could REALLY HURT someone.... ha ha.
