TOTs over 12 get bags of chips.

Kids under 4 get little stuffed animals, or candy bags...Mom or Dad's choice.

All the rest get to spin a wheel for a a chance at big variety of goodies including small goodie bags with OTC toys and candies, stuffed animals, dollar store toys, plug-n-play games, and those HUGE movie-theater sized bars of candy.

I like giving out non-edibles since the left-overs can simply be be packed away for the next year. Plus, I can pick up great bargains any time of year. I probably spent only about $30 this year since I'm only adding to what I already have. We get about 100 TOTs.
