Good luck finding pics... But from the video I've seen it's definitely a tripod steel frame with the feet stationary and the hinges at the knees... It's is sitting on a long throw piston that stands and crouches it slowly... The uppser body you would probably use a rotary piston at the waist to swing back and forth and one or two in the arms...

The Scarefactory's Impaler advertises seven independent movements,

Stands Up and Sits Down
Head Rotates
Head Tilts
Mouth Opens and Closes
Right Shoulder Rotates
Right Shoulder Raises and Lowers
Right Forearm Raises and Lowers

I don't see why a micro controller like a stamp-II wouldn't do the actions... or if anyone could assure me that a stamp 1 would work I'd be happy about that...

The kicking half torso in the hand has a piston in the leg to make it kick... that is an expensive option from them but fairly easy to reproduce...

The major cost would be the steel armature... but if you can find a good supplier and youcan weld... I think you could pull off a reasonable copy...

I'm thinking of a large prop as well... but have nowhere to store it so nothing for a year or two from me...
