I wouldnt ductape anything to the front of the fogger. I'm not sure how you would get a dryer hose to not leak fog if you didn't though... You might try finding a pvc pipe reducer that fits around the fog nozzle on one end and around the dryer hose on the other side (you could ductape the gap between the reducer and dryer house if needed).
